These terms and conditions govern the provision of services offered by Mariti Gestion. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Services Offered

Mariti Gestion offers the following services as an official agent of OGEFREM:

  • Facilitation of obtaining FERI documents (Electronic Import Information Sheet)
  • Facilitation of obtaining FERE documents (Electronic Export Information Sheet)
  • Facilitation of obtaining AD documents (Destination Attestation)
  • Facilitation of obtaining ADR documents (Regional Destination Attestation)

3. Pricing and Payment

Our service rates are established in accordance with the official OGEFREM pricing grid:

OGEFREM Rates

Rates are set by the OGEFREM General Directorate in accordance with decision No. 004 of 02/20/2023. These rates are indicated for information purposes and may be modified by OGEFREM without notice. The rates in effect are those applicable at the time of your request.

Payment Method

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account indicated on the proforma invoice. Services are provided after receipt of full payment.

4. Order Process

To use our services, you must submit a request via our contact form by attaching all required documents. Once your request is registered, we send you a proforma invoice. After receipt of payment, we proceed with encoding and validation of your request. Validated documents are sent to you electronically or in paper format.

5. Responsibilities

Mariti Gestion undertakes to process your requests with diligence and professionalism. However:

  • We are not responsible for delays or refusals of approval from OGEFREM
  • The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate documents
  • Any incorrect information provided by the client may result in rejection of the request by OGEFREM

6. Confidentiality

Mariti Gestion undertakes to treat all information provided by clients with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR.

7. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
